One of the most asked questions when it comes to self improvement… is "how do you get started?"


I came across a great little tool today, and thought to share it with you.  It's called Creating A Personal Action Plan.


It's a very simple one page exercise, which will start you thinking.  It asks you three questions and when you answer those and complete the "Taking action"… guess what?… you're committed to doing something for yourself!
